Are all sales final?
- Yes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or wrong item received.
Should I double-check the size and color before placing an order?
- Yes, please review the size and color options carefully before completing your purchase. If a mistake was made in the order, please email us immediately. While we can't guarantee a fix, the earlier we are notified, the better chance we have to assist you.
What should I do in case of a defect or receiving the wrong item?
- If you encounter a defect or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at roadsidemuseum@gmail.com or use the "Contact Us" button on our website. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What should I do if a delivery is missing?
- In the rare event that a delivery is missing, please file a claim with the post office. If you need any assistance with the claim process, please reach out to us, and we'll be glad to help.
- If an item is returned back to us we are unable to ship it back. Your order will be refunded minus a $15 restocking fee.
How long does it take to ship an item?
- Please note that our items are made to order. We kindly ask for your patience and allow up to 72 hours for the order to be processed and shipped. This timeframe does not include transit time, which may vary based on your location. Our items are shipped daily from California.

Care Instructions?
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Wash in cold water using a gentle cycle.
- Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
- Hang or lay flat to dry to prevent excessive heat from damaging the embroidery.
- If ironing is necessary, iron the garment inside out on low heat, avoiding direct contact with the embroidery.
